HOW TO ORDER
* Fax in your order. Please make a copy of the Purchase Order form if you do not have your own.
* Phone in your Order.
* Visit us online and place order- order form.
* Opening Order
-prepay by company check, money order, or bank cashier's check. Your order will be shipped upon
check clearance from our bank
-pay by major credit cards- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover accepted.
-COD cashier's check or money order. COD tag fee will be added to the freight charge.
-Terms- All net terms must be pre-approved. Credit application must be signed and returned to
us for credit check. (approval may take 2 to 3 weeks.)
* Please allow 7 working days for order preparation and up to 10 days for ground transit time.
* Our company will ship by the least expensive shipping company unless shipping instructions are
* All damages must be reported within 10 days after receipt of merchandise.
* All damages or returns must be in the original packing material in order to receive credit.
* No credit will be issued for without a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
* Absolutely no credit will be issued for damages or returns after 30 days of INVOICE DATE
RETURNED CHECK/LATE PAYMENT
* A $20 fee will be charged on any returned check.
* Late Payment is subjected to interest charge of 1.5% per month.
* Back orders of $50.00 or more will be shipped automatically when products are available.
